JD :-

The Retail Pharmacist ensures the safe and accurate dispensing of medications while providing high-quality patient care and supporting daily pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately dispense prescriptions in compliance with regulations.
Provide patient counseling on medication use, side effects, and adherence.
Review prescriptions for clinical appropriateness and drug interactions.
Offer vaccinations and other permitted clinical services.
Deliver professional, friendly customer service and resolve patient concerns.
Manage pharmacy inventory, maintain records, and support store programs.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, company policies, and safety standards.

Qualifications

D-Pharma or B-Pharma with an active state pharmacist license.
Strong knowledge of
generic and brand-name (non-generic) medications
, including equivalency, substitution rules, and cost considerations.
Excellent communication, accuracy, and customer service skills.
Retail pharmacy experience preferred.
