. Customer support and prescription validation
. OTC order processing and clarification calls. Inventory and order management. Picking, packing, and handover to delivery riders. Cash-on-delivery (COD) cash handling. Root Cause Analysis for delayed orders. Stock receiving, audits, and shrinkage control. Store operations and manpower coordination. End-to-end store and customer fulfillment management
Preferred Qualifications:
. Pharma or B. Pharma with valid state license
. 1+ years of pharmacist experience
