Responsibilities: Leading and overseeing all HR functions within the organization. Developing and implementing HR policies and frameworks. Driving talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement strategies. Ensuring compliance with labour laws and HR best practices. Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Managing compensation, benefits, and performance management systems. Facilitating leadership development and training programs. Requirements: Masters Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification. 18-20 years of experience in HR leadership roles within FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, or Manufacturing industries. Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP. Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Experience in handling international stakeholders. Ability to work under tight deadlines and drive HR initiatives effectively. A proactive and strategic thinker with a go-getter attitude.
