Currently, we are seeking ambitious and energetic individuals for the role of Third-Party Pharma Tele-Marketing Executives. Ideally, you should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in Pharma Tele-Marketing or a related field, alongside a Graduation degree. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing incoming calls and customer inquiries, generating leads, converting leads into customers, understanding and addressing customer needs, nurturing customer relationships, and efficiently handling customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
