You should have a minimum work experience of 8-10 years in previous sales operation, sales administration, and analytics experiences in pharmaceutical companies. Experience with Pharmaceutical sub-national sales data, reporting, and analytics is required. You should also have experience and expertise with sales reporting platforms. It is essential to have an understanding of the pharma marketplace and the sales process. You must thoroughly understand pharmaceuticals account data sources, including data structure and collection methods. Being conscientious of the sensitive nature of information is crucial for this role. Strong analytical and statistical skills are necessary, with the ability to manage large quantities of data. Excellent attention to detail in reporting and analysis is expected. You should possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate across multiple functions and levels. The ability to produce reports and presentations with complete and coherent analysis and sound recommendations is a key requirement. You should have a strong track record of handling multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively. Proven creative and critical thinking aptitude/ability is important for this role. You should be able to make and meet strict deadlines. Technical aptitude in Tableau, VBA, SQL, MS Excel, MS Access, and PowerPoint is highly desirable. Experience or knowledge in Salesforce.com CRM platform and Salesforce Administrator certificate is considered desirable for this position.,
