PGT Physics Teacher

Shree Bafna Public School is seeking an intellectually curious and motivated Physics Teacher to join our faculty in Meghnagar. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of physical concepts and the ability to make complex theories accessible and exciting for students.

Position Overview

• Role: Physics Teacher (Secondary/Senior Secondary)
• Location: Meghnagar, Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

• Instruction: Deliver comprehensive lectures on Physics topics including mechanics, thermodynamics, electromagnetism, and optics.
• Practical Learning: Organize and supervise laboratory experiments, ensuring all safety protocols are followed while helping students apply theoretical knowledge.
• Curriculum Planning: Develop lesson plans that align with board standards (CBSE/State Board) and integrate modern teaching aids and technology.
• Mentorship: Prepare students for competitive exams and internal assessments through rigorous practice and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Evaluation: Grade assignments, conduct periodic tests, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Post-Graduate (M.Sc.) in Physics with a B.Ed. degree.
• Experience: Proven experience teaching Physics at the high school level is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Ability to use digital classrooms, simulations, and lab equipment effectively.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain difficult concepts clearly.
