Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Physics to join our CBSE-affiliated senior secondary school. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in Physics, experience teaching at the high school level (Grades XI–XII), and the ability to prepare students for board examinations and competitive entrance tests (JEE/NEET level concepts).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare students for Class XI and XII CBSE board examinations, including conducting regular assessments and practice exams.
• Incorporate practical lab sessions and experiments to deepen conceptual understanding.
• Use modern teaching techniques and digital tools to enhance classroom engagement.
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with academic goals and curriculum standards.
• Maintain up-to-date records of student progress, attendance, and performance.
• Provide extra support and remedial classes to students when needed.
• Guide students in science exhibitions, Olympiads, and project work.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty to foster a holistic and interdisciplinary academic environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and school events.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Physics from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) – mandatory as per CBSE norms.
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (CBSE preferred).
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong command over subject matter and effective classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching tools (e.g., Google Classroom, smartboards, etc.).

• Experience in preparing students for national-level entrance exams like JEE/NEET.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
