PGT Physics Faculty required

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated PGT Physics Teacher to join our academic team at Parmanu Defence Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a student-centric teaching approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging Physics lessons for Classes XI and XII as per the CBSE curriculum
• Prepare and execute lesson plans effectively to cater to varying learning levels
• Develop a learning environment that encourages inquiry and scientific thinking
• Conduct experiments and practical sessions in the Physics lab
• Monitor and assess students’ progress through tests, assignments, and projects
• Prepare students for board exams and competitive exams (like NDA)
• Coordinate with fellow educators and participate in school events and workshops
• Maintain discipline and decorum in the classroom
• Use technology and digital tools to enhance the teaching-learning process

Skills Required:

• Deep understanding of Physics concepts and curriculum
• Proficiency in using smart classroom tools and learning platforms
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
• Ability to plan and organize extracurricular activities related to science

Salary: As per industry norms and experience
