Role Overview: As a Post Graduation Teacher at Drona Educational Services, your main responsibility will be to develop lesson plans, teach and engage with students, evaluate student performance, provide mentorship and support, collaborate with other educators, and participate in training sessions to enhance your teaching skills. Key Responsibilities: - Develop lesson plans to ensure effective teaching strategies - Teach and engage with students to facilitate learning and understanding - Evaluate student performance through assessments and feedback - Provide mentorship and support to students to help them succeed academically - Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and enhance the learning environment - Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your teaching skills Qualifications Required: - Experience in Lesson Planning and Education to effectively design curriculum - Strong Communication and Teaching skills to engage students effectively - Experience in Training and mentoring students to provide necessary support - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction - Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals - Master's degree or higher in the relevant subject area to ensure academic expertise - Previous teaching experience at the post-graduation level is preferred for better understanding of the requirements,
