Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and oral exams, providing constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Supervise and mentor teaching assistants or student interns, providing guidance in instructional methods.
• Manage classroom inventory, including educational materials and resources, ensuring they are well-organized and accessible.
• Coordinate schedules for language practice sessions, cultural events, and extracurricular activities related to Hindi.
• Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational technology to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate Hindi language instruction across the curriculum.
• Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions to improve teaching skills and knowledge of Hindi literature and culture.

Requirement & Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field is required. Previous teaching experience, particularly in a classroom setting, is preferred
• Proficiency in Hindi language with a deep understanding of its grammar, literature, and culture.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Ability to use educational technology and software for teaching, such as online platforms and language learning tools.
• Leadership skills to inspire and motivate students in their learning journey.
• Patience and empathy to cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
• Organizational skills to plan lessons, manage classroom activities, and evaluate student performance.
• Creativity in developing engaging lesson plans and teaching materials.
