PGT Chemistry Teacher

We are seeking an experienced chemistry faculty member for NEET & JEE preparation classes. Your responsibilities will include preplanning, researching, and conducting classes, as well as designing innovative assignments, homework, and test papers to create an engaging learning experience for students. It is essential to foster a vibrant atmosphere that encourages students to communicate, explore, and enhance their skills. As a passionate individual, you should be able to instil your love for the subject in the students and help them appreciate it beyond its functional or exam-oriented aspects. Utilize creative and hands-on teaching methods to bring lessons to life and make them relatable to the students" environment. Your innate interest in the inner development of each student is crucial, as you will be expected to identify their natural talents, build their confidence, and encourage reflection for their progress. Collaboration with parents is key to ensuring that the student's growth is holistic, with the teacher, parents, and students working together as a team. Apart from teaching, you should be willing to take on additional responsibilities and initiate efforts to support the school's vision. Working harmoniously in a team with individuals from diverse backgrounds is essential. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund. The working schedule is during the day, and proficiency in English is required. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree, with at least 2 years of experience in teaching PGT and CBSE, and 1 year of experience in teaching NEET. The work location is in person.
