As a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Chemistry, your role involves teaching senior secondary students of Grades 11 & 12 following the CBSE curriculum. Qualifications and Skills required for this position: - Educational Qualification: Masters degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry along with a B.Ed degree (mandatory). - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school. - Strong subject knowledge in Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry. - Excellent communication and classroom management skills. - Ability to simplify complex concepts for better student understanding. - Proficiency in integrating technology and digital tools into teaching. - Passion for teaching and motivating students. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with NEP 2020 guidelines, interdisciplinary teaching approaches, and participation in science fairs, research projects, and school activities.
