As a PGT Chemistry Faculty at goADEM EdTech Pvt Ltd, your role involves delivering Chemistry classes for NEET/JEE and school-level exams, travelling to affiliated schools for regular classes, preparing high-quality academic content, providing individual mentoring, ensuring classroom discipline, and collaborating with the academic team for syllabus planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver Chemistry classes for NEET/JEE and school-level exams (Grades 9 to 12). - Travel to affiliated schools in and around Madurai for regular classes. - Prepare and deliver high-quality academic content and assessments. - Provide individual mentoring and doubt-clearing support. - Ensure classroom discipline and interactive learning experiences. - Work with the academic team for planning and execution of the syllabus. Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc.) with B.Ed. preferred. - At least 12 years of teaching experience in NEET/JEE or school Chemistry (CBSE/State Board). - Strong command over physical, organic, and inorganic chemistry concepts. - Good communication skills and engaging teaching methods. - Willingness to travel regularly to different school locations in Madurai.
