Patient Care: Perform comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the medical team. Provide direct nursing care, including monitoring vital signs, dressing wounds, and performing procedures within scope of practice. Monitor and document patient progress, including changes in condition, response to treatments, and adverse reactions. Support patients and families in understanding medical conditions, procedures, and treatment options.
