Key Responsibilities 1. Testing and Analysis: Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. 2. Instrumentation: Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment. 3. Documentation: Accurately record all test results, prepare certificates of analysis (CoAs), and maintain detailed laboratory records and reports. 4. Quality Assurance: Ensure all products and processes comply with internal specifications and external regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, GLP). 5. Issue Resolution: Investigate deviations from normal results, identify root causes of quality issues, and collaborate with other departments to implement corrective actions. 6. Method Development: Develop, validate, and implement analytical methods and procedures. 7. Lab Operations: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, manage laboratory supplies, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
