*Key Responsibilities:* - Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. - Social Media Management: Manage social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics. - Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, videos, graphics, etc.) that resonates with target audiences. - Managing Collaboration- Identifying high growth influencers within the industry and collaborating with them for content. - SEO: Optimize website and content for search engines to improve visibility, ranking, and organic traffic. - Paid Advertising Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), including budgeting, targeting, and optimization. - Email Marketing : Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and build customer loyalty. - Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze digital marketing metrics (website traffic, engagement, conversions, etc.) to inform future strategies and optimize performance. Requirements: - Experience: 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. - Skills: - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, paid advertising, SEO, etc.). - Excellent content creation and copywriting skills. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Nice to Have: - Certifications: Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot certifications. - Experience with Marketing Automation: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, etc.). - Data Analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to inform digital marketing strategies.
