Role & responsibilities * Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable products for their pets. * Educate customers on pet food, accessories, toys, grooming products, and wellness essentials. * Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets. * Maintain attractive and organized merchandise displays. * Keep track of stock levels and report inventory needs. * Build relationships with repeat customers and promote loyalty. * Coordinate with store management for promotions, events, and pet care campaigns. * Stay updated on the latest pet care trends, products, and brand offerings. Requirements: * 2-5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a pet store or FMCG setting. * Good knowledge of pet food, grooming products, and accessories. * Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude. * Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet daily and monthly targets. * Good communication skills (local language proficiency is a plus). * Comfortable handling pets (dogs, cats, etc.) if needed.
