About the Role We are looking for a creative designer with strong design sensibilities and the ability to bring ideas to life for startup brands. This is not a UI/UX-heavy role but rather one focused on website design, creative layouts, and visual storytelling . You will be an independent contributor , working closely with founders and early-stage startups to create engaging digital experiences. Key Responsibilities Design and develop visually appealing websites using platforms like Wix, Framer, or WordPress . Translate brand concepts into creative website layouts, graphics, and designs . Work independently while taking full ownership of design projects from concept to execution. Collaborate directly with founders and startup teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful results. Ensure designs are aligned with marketing goals and user engagement. Stay updated on basic design frameworks and digital design trends. Requirements 15 years of experience in website designing and creative design. Strong portfolio showcasing website design projects (Behance/portfolio links required). Hands-on experience with Wix, Framer, WordPress , or similar tools. Excellent design sense, eye for detail, and ability to translate ideas into attractive web experiences. Ability to work in a startup environment with high ownership and accountability. Strong communication and time management skills. Preferred Skills Familiarity with frameworks and basic technical concepts of web design. Previous experience working with startups or small businesses .
