Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) Key Responsibilities: Manage and schedule fixed appointments and meetings with clients. Follow up on scheduled meetings and calls to ensure timely coordination and execution. Respond promptly and professionally to emails and other correspondence. Maintain and update daily/weekly schedules and ensure calendar management is organized. Report to the office once a week (or as per management requirements). Travel to client locations when required.
