Monitor system performance and optimize Jira for efficiency. Manage user permissions and roles within Jira. Skills and Qualifications 10-17 years of experience in Jira administration and configuration. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles. Proficiency in Jira Software and Jira Service Management. Experience with Jira plugin management and integration with other tools. Knowledge of scripting and automation within Jira (e.g., ScriptRunner). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
