We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Cook who can contribute to our culinary experience and support our guests on their wellness journey. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook North Indian vegetarian dishes with authenticity and taste. Assist in daily meal planning based on a health-oriented retreat menu. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen according to food safety standards. Ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals during scheduled meal times. Collaborate with the Head Chef to experiment and innovate with healthy alternatives. Support in sourcing and using local, seasonal, and organic ingredients wherever possible. Cater to guests with special dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free, low-oil, etc.). Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience, preferably in a hospitality or retreat environment. Expertise in North Indian cuisine is mandatory. Knowledge of South Indian and Continental cuisines is a strong advantage. Passionate about wellness, nutrition, and healthy cooking. Good communication and teamwork skills. The Admin and Computer Operator will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative operations, data entry, documentation, and office coordination. The role requires proficiency in computer operations, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain smooth office workflows. Key Responsibilities Manage office administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, record-keeping, and procurement of supplies. Perform computer-based tasks such as data entry, preparing reports, maintaining spreadsheets, and updating databases. Handle email communication, document typing, printing, and scanning. Support HR and accounting functions with record updates, attendance tracking, and expense documentation. Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and assist in internal communication. Maintain office equipment, ensure IT assets are functioning properly, and liaise with vendors or service providers as required. Assist management in preparing presentations, reports, and official letters. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company records. Required Skills and QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Com, B.A, or equivalent). Proven experience (1–3 years) in office administration or computer operation. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic Google Workspace tools. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and handle routine tasks independently.
