Performance Testing

The purpose of this role is to prepare test cases and perform testing of the product/ platform/ solution to be deployed at a client end and ensure it meets 100% quality assurance parameters. You will be responsible for identifying and analyzing potential performance impact based on project scope, determining performance test approach, creating and maintaining Performance Paper Scripts/Use Cases for the Application(s) under testing, coordinating Performance environments tasks, managing Performance test data tasks, executing manual test scripts for Early Performance Test, coordinating Performance testing cycles, providing application support to PCoE, and reporting performance status for the Application(s) under testing. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5 years of work experience as a Testing Specialist with knowledge across multiple IT disciplines, strong understanding of Performance Test methodology and approach, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in performance testing. Additionally, you should possess strong written and oral communication skills, facilitation, and negotiation skills, be detail-oriented, well-organized, and resourceful in issue resolution, have strong reporting, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, be a proactive team player with effective time management skills, and demonstrate relationship management and leadership skills.
