Performance Testing

• Position: Performance Testing

• Experience: 5 - 7 Years

• Location: Bangalore

• Work Mode: 5 days working (4 Days work from office, 1 day work from home)

• Notice Period: 0- 30 Days

Role Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, K6, or similar.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to define performance testing requirements and strategies.
• Analyze performance test results and identify system bottlenecks, scalability issues, and performance tuning opportunities.
• Use APM tools like Datadog or Dynatrace to monitor application performance and support root cause analysis.
• Leverage log analysis tools such as Kibana/Elasticsearch to identify trends, errors, and potential system issues.
• Integrate performance testing with CI/CD pipelines using Git and other automation tools.
• Utilize basic AWS services knowledge to simulate production-like test environments.
• Understand Kubernetes (K8s) architecture to support performance testing in containerized environments.

Required Skills:

• 57 years of hands-on experience in performance testing.
• Must have strong experience with one or more load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, K6).
• Must have working experience on Git for version control.
• Must have experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools (Datadog, Dynatrace).
• Must have very good analytical and problem-solving skills with a performance mindset.
• Strong knowledge of log analysis using Kibana or Elasticsearch.
• Basic knowledge of AWS services and architecture.
• Understanding of Kubernetes (K8s) concepts and deployments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in scripting (Shell, Python, or JavaScript) for test automation.
• Working experience with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
