Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Execute Performance Testing Strategy & Approach load, stress, endurance,
spike, scalability
.
Plan & Estimate Testing Efforts
prepare test plan, scenarios, and timelines
.
Coordinate with Stakeholders developers, architects, DBAs, infra, and business teams.
Prepare Performance Test Scripts using tools like
JMeter, LoadRunner.
Parameterization & Correlation make scripts dynamic to handle real-life scenarios.
Set Up Test Environment ensure proper infra, test data, monitoring tools are ready.
Monitor System Resources
CPU, memory, DB, network, and application logs.
Compare Results with SLAs ensure business KPIs and benchmarks are met.
Prepare Reports & Dashboards highlight key findings, trends, and recommendations.
Collaborate for Root Cause Analysis work with dev/DB/infra teams to fix issues.
Communicate Findings to Stakeholders translate technical results into business impact

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 4+ yrs of experience in Performance testing
Expert in i
dentifying bottlenecks, slow queries, memory leaks, and performance issues
.
Well versed in Performance testing tools like
JMeter, LoadRunner
