Performance Test Lead

As a Performance Lead at PwC, you will be responsible for ensuring the strategic and tactical implementation of performance standards and best practices across applications. Your role involves partnering with Application, Delivery, and Infrastructure Architects to provide recommendations and fine-tuning opportunities, as well as driving the execution of performance standards. You will also coach and mentor the team on leveraging monitoring tools for bottleneck analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with architects to provide input into autoscaling recommendations - Implement and execute performance standards and best practices - Coach and mentor the team on using monitoring tools for bottleneck analysis - Plan performance testing as a core element of pre-production testing - Analyze bottlenecks using performance monitoring tools and provide recommendations - Work with the DevOps team for load emulation - Incorporate performance testing as a practice within project/product teams - Manage vendor teams to ensure smooth performance testing and execution Qualifications Required: - 6-7 years of experience with performance tools such as JMeter, Blazemeter, and Load runner - 3+ years of hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Data Dog, App insights, and Splunck - Experience with performance mobile testing tools like Headspin is a plus At PwC, our focus is on developing cutting-edge software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
