Performance Test Lead

As a Performance Test Lead with Neo Load tool experience, you will be responsible for the following: - Have 8-12 years of experience in Performance Testing, with a strong focus on Agile Methodology. - Possess expertise in tools like NeoLoad, LoadRunner, and JMeter. - Proficient in scripting languages such as Java, SQL, XML, and other scripting languages. - Demonstrate knowledge in performance testing validation specifically on healthcare reports. - Additional advantage if you have experience with healthcare concepts and products like FACETS or QNxt. - Identify the scope of testing required for a release based on nonfunctional requirements documentation. - Analyze and interpret performance test data and graphs, effectively communicate findings and recommendations. - Understand the Software Test Life Cycle and related processes. - Generate detailed Performance Test Reports for specific test cycles. - Collaborate with the Testing Team and other stakeholders as necessary. - Engage with customers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and stakeholders for demos or presentations. - Conduct reviews of performance defects, ensuring adherence to agreed defect guidelines with the client. - Possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey information within the team and to external parties.
