Performance Test Lead Engineer

Job Overview: As a Technical Lead - Performance Engineering based in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in leading end-to-end performance testing and engineering activities for single or multiple projects. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, analyze, and resolve performance issues by utilizing your strong technical expertise in tools such as Jmeter, Loadrunner, and other load and automation tools. Your problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box will be essential in analyzing various system components like Load-balancer, WebServer, AppServer, MS-SQL & Oracle Database, NewRelic, WCF WebService, Kubernetes, and SiteCore CMS. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end performance testing and engineering activities for projects. - Hands-on experience with LoadRunner web-services and web protocols. - Analyze system components and resolve performance issues. - Utilize log analysis skills to solve problems effectively. - Collaborate with stakeholders, influence decisions, and mentor team members. - Conduct design reviews (HLD & LLD) to ensure the quality of deliverables. Qualifications: - 7-8 years of proven experience in Performance Engineering. - Strong technical skills in LoadRunner, Jmeter, NewRelic, WCF WebService, Kubernetes, and SiteCore CMS. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively. - Strong team player with leadership and mentoring abilities.
