Overview

Experienced and highly skilled

Senior Selenium Performance Tester with a strong background in automation and performance testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing robust automated test scripts using Selenium and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.), ensuring high quality and optimal performance of web applications. ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks usingSelenium WebDriver withJava/Python/C# .Define and implement performance testing strategies using tools likeApache JMeter ,LoadRunner ,Gatling , orLocust .Create comprehensivetest plans ,test cases , andtest scripts for functional and non-functional requirements.Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks in system components (DB, API, UI, etc.).Collaborate withdevelopment ,DevOps , andQA teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.Performload testing ,stress testing ,endurance testing , andscalability testing on web and API-based applications.Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.Implement best practices in test automation and performance engineering.Mentor junior QA automation engineers and support knowledge-sharing across the team.Ensure test environments are set up, maintained, and monitored effectively for performance testing. Qualifications8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in test automation and performance testing.Strong knowledge and experience withSelenium WebDriver ,TestNG ,JUnit , or similar automation frameworks.Solid experience withperformance testing tools such asJMeter ,LoadRunner ,BlazeMeter , orGatling .Strong programming skills inJava ,Python , orC# .Experience withREST API testing using tools likePostman ,RestAssured , or similar.Experience integrating tests intoCI/CD pipelines usingJenkins ,GitLab CI ,Azure DevOps , orBamboo .Strong understanding ofweb technologies ,HTTP/S protocols ,JSON/XML ,browser performance , andnetwork latency .Proficient inanalyzing logs ,CPU/memory usage ,thread dumps , and other system diagnostics for performance issues.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
