Performance Marketing & Website Optimization Specialist

As a results-driven marketer at Thunder Tails, a growing pet accessories brand, you will be responsible for the following key areas: Role Overview: You will be expected to have hands-on experience in SEO & Web Performance, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and Shopify or Web UI Optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Run and optimize Meta campaigns across TOF, MOF, BOF - Improve on-site experience & LCP scores for better SEO and ad results - Analyze traffic and customer journeys; suggest UX/UI enhancements - Coordinate with designers or developers when needed Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of keyword strategy, on-page SEO, and Google Search Console - Ability to audit and optimize website speed, LCP, and Core Web Vitals - Confident with full-funnel ad setup and campaign management - Experience with event-based tracking (Pixel, CAPI) and ad performance analysis - Ability to write or review compelling ad creatives - Comfort working within Shopify (themes, Liquid, metafields, apps) - Experience improving conversion rate through design tweaks, layout changes, or split testing - Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS or tools like PageFly, Webflow, Figma In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should have: - 1-3 years experience in performance marketing or ecommerce optimization - Portfolio or case studies preferred - Attention to detail and love for testing + iterating Please note that you will work directly with a growing D2C brand at Thunder Tails.
