Performance Marketing & Website Optimization Specialist

As a marketer at Thunder Tails, a growing pet accessories brand, you will be responsible for driving results through your expertise in SEO & Web Performance, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and Shopify or Web UI Optimization. Your role will involve a strong understanding of keyword strategy, on-page SEO, and Google Search Console to optimize website speed, LCP, and Core Web Vitals. You should be confident in setting up and managing full-funnel ad campaigns, tracking ad performance, and creating compelling ad creatives for Meta platforms. Additionally, experience with Shopify, including themes, Liquid, metafields, and apps, will be crucial for improving conversion rates through design tweaks and layout changes. Responsibilities will include running and optimizing Meta campaigns across various stages, enhancing on-site experience for better SEO and ad results, analyzing traffic and customer journeys for UX/UI enhancements, and collaborating with designers or developers when necessary. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in performance marketing or ecommerce optimization, with a preference for a portfolio or case studies showcasing past successes. Attention to detail, a passion for testing and iterating, and a desire to work directly with a growing D2C brand are key qualities we are looking for.
