As a Specialist, you will lead performance marketing operations, focusing on tasks like keyword/copy creation, billing, and campaign optimization. Your role also involves mentoring team members, collaborating with other departments, and developing SEM campaigns for leading consumer brands. Key Responsibilities: - Building and managing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns on various platforms like Google, Bing, and Yahoo - Mentoring new team members in PPC operations - Analyzing and optimizing campaigns to meet client objectives - Delegating campaign management tasks to the SEM team - Collaborating with different teams to share insights and strategies - Leading and developing internal teams to drive client performance Team Leadership & Development: - Fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and curiosity - Motivating and managing internal teams to achieve client objectives - Driving adoption of best practices through example setting and positive reinforcement Skills: - Proficiency in web analytics, reporting tools, and bidding platforms like Marin, Kenshoo, or Doubleclick - Strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple projects under pressure - Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills - Experience in social media paid media management - Willingness to learn and understand search, social media, and marketing principles - Previous agency experience is preferred - Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Google Scripts, Data Studio, and data visualization tools Qualifications: - Graduate/Post Graduate Degree or relevant work experience - Concentration in Marketing, Finance, Digital Media, Accounting, or related field preferred - Google and Facebook Blueprint Certified Professional - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment,
