As a Meta Ads Expert at Rentickle, you will play a crucial role in managing performance campaigns end-to-end to deliver strong results across multiple funnels. The ideal candidate for this role is data-driven, analytical, and passionate about scaling paid campaigns effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Meta Ads Manager Proficiency:** You should have a strong command over Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager. - **Campaign Strategy & Execution:** Ability to plan, create, and manage campaigns across all funnel stages (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion). - **Campaign Optimization:** Hands-on experience with A/B testing, bid strategy optimization, creative testing, and scaling high-performing campaigns. - **ROAS Management (Return on Ad Spend):** Proven ability to track, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve strong ROAS performance. - **CAC Management (Customer Acquisition Cost):** Skilled in maintaining an optimal CAC while maximizing lead quality and sales volume. - **Audience Targeting & Segmentation:** Expertise in selecting and refining the perfect audience using detailed targeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences. - **End-to-End Campaign Management:** Capable of managing campaigns independently from strategy and setup to performance tracking and reporting. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in managing Meta Ads with proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager. - Proven track record in planning and executing successful campaigns across different funnel stages. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on ROAS and CAC metrics. - Expertise in audience targeting and segmentation to drive campaign performance. - Prior experience in end-to-end campaign management is preferred.
