Performance marketing Executive -WFH

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with at least one year of experience in managing digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve ad performance.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates), and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• _ Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI._
• _ Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing._
• _ Generate weekly and monthly performance reports to track progress and suggest improvements._

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in running digital ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other tracking tools.
• Proficiency in keyword research and audience segmentation.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, or other relevant platforms.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of programmatic advertising and affiliate marketing is a plus.
