Job Description : We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. In this role, you will drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth by managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in campaign optimization, and a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. Audience & Competitor Research: Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking to optimize ad performance. Budget & Bidding Optimization: Manage campaign budgets, optimize bidding strategies, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize return on investment (ROI). Conversion Tracking & Analytics: Set up and track conversion events using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools. A/B Testing & CRO: Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with content and design teams to create highperforming ad creatives and landing pages. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and emerging advertising strategies Required Qualification and Skills : Experience: 2+ years of experience in performance marketing and digital advertising. Add Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. Analytics & Tracking: Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel. Data Analysis & Reporting: Experience in performance tracking, attribution modeling, and data-driven decision-making. Spreadsheet Proficiency: Strong command of Google Sheets/Excel for campaign tracking and reporting. CRO & A/B Testing: Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies. Communication & Adaptability: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fastpaced, results-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads & Meta Ads certification is a plus. Experience running performance campaigns for SaaS, EdTech, or E-commerce businesses Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
