Performance Marketer | PPC Ads Expert

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with a strong analytical mindset and proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and others. You’ll play a key role in acquiring quality leads/customers, improving conversions, and scaling performance campaigns to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other relevant channels.
• Optimize campaigns for key performance metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, CAC, CPL, etc.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and audiences.
• Analyze performance data regularly and prepare insightful reports to track KPIs.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to align marketing strategies.
• Manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns based on performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in digital advertising.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Meta, Google, or similar platforms).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and similar tools.
• Understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and customer journey.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in eCommerce, D2C, SaaS, or lead-gen-based businesses.
• Knowledge of email automation tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Hubspot.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.

• Noida Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
