About the Role

We're looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketer who thrives on generating high-quality leads and scaling campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic campaigns while collaborating closely with creative, content, and marketing teams to drive conversions and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads.
• Manage end-to-end campaign performance from ad strategy, targeting, and creative testing to funnel optimization.
• Track, analyze, and report daily performance metrics using Excel, Google Analytics, or BI dashboards.
• Develop and optimize sales funnels and landing pages to increase conversion rates and lead quality.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, copies, and audiences to improve performance.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to craft high-performing image, video, and ad copy.
• Bring in leads through multiple sources paid ads, organic channels, DMs, and inbound funnels.
• Continuously identify growth opportunities, trends, and tools to scale campaign results.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to ensure aligned strategies and smooth execution.
• Manage and maintain SEO-friendly website content and optimize for user experience.

Requirements

• 26 years of proven experience in performance marketing or growth marketing.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Proficiency in Excel and campaign reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of funnel setup, landing page optimization, and lead flow automation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions.
• Strong grasp of ROI-driven strategies and campaign scalability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends, ad formats, and platform best practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM or lead management tools.
• Knowledge of marketing automation and email workflows.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads.
• Creative mindset to develop engaging campaigns and audience strategies.

Work Details

• Work Timing: Monday to Friday, 9:30AM5:30PM
• Location: Onsite at Chennai, Navalur.

Compensation
