We believe in hiring leaders who’ve learned from experience — even from failure. 🎯 Role Overview We’re looking for a Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) to lead our venture acquisition, partnerships, and business expansion. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and experience building or scaling startups. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard real estate ventures and projects for marketing collaboration. Negotiate partnership and commission structures with builders and developers. Recruit and increase procurement partners team. Conduct due diligence on projects to ensure credibility and profitability. Build and maintain long-term business relationships with developers and investors. Lead the procurement team, set KPIs, and drive results. Strategize new procurement models for business growth and market expansion. 🧠 What We’re Looking For 3–10 years of leadership or entrepreneurial experience. Prefer candidates who’ve started and failed in 1–4 startups (failure = experience). Strong skills in negotiation, strategy, and communication. Proficiency in MS Office, AI tools, Design tools like canva, and basic documentation. Ethical, patient, and result-driven mindset. Laptop mandatory.
