Candidates should have good experience in the Real Estate Industry or Hotel / Automobiles & who can worked in Residential, luxury segments as well as commercial projects. Develop and drive sales initiatives to set goals by mentoring & motivating the sales team. Developing, Enhancing,implementing comprehensive sales strategies and other promotional activities for the projects to create new market, achieve targeted sales. Assist the sales head in creating the sales strategy, sales plan for the site. Identity potential customers, establishing contacts, visiting them, understanding their requirements, and build a sales pipeline for the assigned region. Creating and presenting proposals Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing to terms and conditions Establishing new relationships and maintaining relations with existing customers.
