The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing site operations, ensuring timely project delivery, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and maintaining safety and quality standards on-site. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of work. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to maintain project timelines. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Interpret construction drawings and implement work accordingly. Resolve any on-site issues or delays efficiently. Conduct site inspections and ensure materials and tools are properly used. Maintain proper documentation and site records. Travel to project sites across various states as required.
