About the job: As a Data Analytics Executive at Pepmedia Services, you will be a key player in driving data-driven decisions and strategies for our company. You will work closely with various departments to gather, analyze, and present data in a meaningful way to drive business growth and success. Key responsibilities: 1. Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (Google Analytics, Ads, CRM, social media, etc.). 2. Generate insights to improve digital marketing campaigns, website performance, and client strategies. 3. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. 4. Build dashboards and reports (Excel, Google Data Studio, Power BI, etc.) to present findings clearly. 5. Support in A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and performance tracking. 6. Collaborate with the marketing and strategy team to make data-driven decisions. 7. Stay updated with the latest tools and trends in analytics, AI, and research methodologies. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau). 4. Strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, funnels, etc.). 5. Excellent research skills (qualitative & quantitative). 6. Good communication skills to translate complex data into simple insights. 7. Knowledge of Python/R for analytics is a plus.
