Role Overview: As a PeopleSoft HCM Technical at NTT DATA in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India, you will be responsible for deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules to analyze requirements and design effective test scenarios. Your role will involve managing and supporting the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management system, executing tasks like analyzing requirements, designing solutions, developing and testing code, and providing functional and technical support. You will need to understand business needs and translate them into PeopleSoft configurations and customizations, as well as develop and test code for new or existing applications to ensure they meet design specifications. Additionally, creating and maintaining documentation for PeopleSoft processes and customizations, providing ongoing support for PeopleSoft applications, troubleshooting, and enhancements will be part of your responsibilities. Your focus will be on testing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM modules to ensure functionality and data integrity. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users, will also be essential for this role.
