This role is responsible for the daily management of nursing staff, patient flow, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care on the front lines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all daily nursing activities and staff on the ward. Ensure excellent patient care standards and compliance with hospital policies. Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers to maintain smooth unit flow. Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs).
