As a ServiceNow HR Product Analyst on the People Product Management (PPM) team at Apple, you will have the opportunity to partner with the People/HR teams to optimize enterprise technology solutions. Your role will involve leveraging your deep expertise in ServiceNow HRSD to drive strategic direction, development, and implementation of solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD module. Collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams will be key as you design product solutions, define requirements, and oversee the execution and delivery of ServiceNow HRSD initiatives. Your contributions will enhance the team member experience, streamline People processes, and support strategic objectives. In this role, you will work closely with the People organization and other members of the ServiceNow HR product team to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for HR service delivery within the ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders, translating business needs into product solutions, maintaining a prioritized backlog, and participating in sprint planning and reviews. You will also be involved in drafting requirements, user stories, and release plans, while ensuring a seamless and engaging employee experience in collaboration with UX designers. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 5 years of ServiceNow HRSD product experience, with a focus on modules such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center Pro, Employee Journeys, and Employee Document Management. Experience in delivering global, enterprise HR solutions, evaluating solution options, and formulating business cases is essential. Your ability to use data and analysis for decision-making, outstanding communication skills, and experience presenting to senior leadership will be invaluable. Additionally, your proven track record in crafting efficient business processes, driving change, and thriving in an ambiguous work environment will set you up for success. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. Familiarity with ServiceNow configuration, HR analytics, and reporting tools, as well as leadership and mentoring abilities, are advantageous. Holding a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - HRSD certification and advanced certifications in project management or HR management will be a plus.
