PentagonX Tradepak (formerly Pentagon Marketing) is looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our core team in Kochi. This role involves both office-based coordination and on-ground field sales, targeting industrial clients across Kerala. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, prior B2B sales experience, and a proactive approach to building lasting client relationships. Role & responsibilities Drive business development and sales for packaging machinery and consumables. Conduct regular client visits, field sales, and on-ground lead generation. Work from the Kakkanad office three days a week ; conduct field visits the remaining three days . Build strong relationships with procurement heads, factory managers, and business owners. Deliver professional sales pitches and negotiate effectively with decision-makers. Prepare and maintain sales reports, client proposals, and pipeline updates. Coordinate closely with internal teams for seamless operations and client servicing. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with minimal supervision. Preferred candidate profile 2 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, capital goods, or industrial equipment. Strong command of English must be fluent in both written and spoken communication. Confident, persuasive, and experienced in client-facing roles. Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits. Must be highly self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable with performance targets. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical background (engineering, industrial) is a plus.
