Data Management & Reporting Collect, consolidate, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly data from various departments. Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports shared with management. Database & Documentation Maintain and update databases (Excel). Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by management. Ensure proper data backups and record-keeping. Analysis & Insights Identify trends, variances, and gaps in reports. Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency. Support in forecasting and budgeting activities with data-driven inputs. Coordination Liaise with different departments (Sales, Accounts, HR, Operations) for data collection.
