Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor, located in Aluva. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations, manage the housekeeping team, and ensure adherence to quality and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include scheduling and monitoring staff, performing inspections, addressing client feedback, managing laundry services, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and coordinate a team Experience and expertise in Housekeeping and Laundry operations Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build positive client relationships Ability to handle challenges, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure quality control Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning methods is a plus Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strong attention to detail
