Job Title: Penetration TesterPosition: Senior Systems EngineerExperience:6+YearsCategory: Senior Systems EngineerMain location: Bangalore/Chennai/Pune/ChennaiPosition ID: J0625-0184Employment Type: Full Time6-8 years of ExperienceStrong understanding of OWASP and other penetration testing methodologiesConduct comprehensive penetration tests on external assets, networks, applications, and systems to identify vulnerabilities.Perform threat modelling and risk assessments to prioritize testing efforts.Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and plans to assess the security posture of IT assets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities.Provide detailed reports outlining vulnerabilities, their impact, scores and actionable remediation recommendations.Experience in exploiting and mitigating vulnerabilities in web applications, APIs, and cloud environments.Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.) for automation and testing.Excellent spoken and written communication skills with strong attention-to-detail and accuracy.Provide vulnerability as well as penetration threat risk assessment findings to stakeholdersImplement retesting and continuous monitoring to maintain long-term securityReview backup, recovery, and incident response plans for comprehensive protectionDocument all processes and findingsProvide knowledge transfer to operational teamsYour future duties and responsibilities
