PEGA PRPC Developer

As a Technology professional at Standard Chartered Bank in Chennai, IN, you will be responsible for leveraging your 2+ years of PEGA experience and proficiency in Java based skills to closely collaborate with Product Owners (PO) and Cross-functional Leads (CL) in delivering assigned tasks. Your role will involve working in an office environment and following agile principles to align with the nWOW strategy and new organizational structure. You will closely engage with the PO and scrum team in the Business domain, ensuring alignment with DevOps and Change Management processes. It is essential to complete E-Learning modules on time as part of Risk Management. Your key responsibilities will include displaying exemplary conduct by adhering to the Group's Values and Code of Conduct, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and identifying and mitigating risks effectively. You will also be expected to serve as a Director of the Board and act in accordance with the Board's directives. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in PEGA v8 and Infinity, Database management, Unix/Linux systems, DevOps practices, Java programming, and BIX. A Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Education and proficiency in English language are required qualifications for this role.
