Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Define decision architecture, solutions, and designs for Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing.
Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation in Customer Marketing, Contact Strategy, Segmentation, Adaptive Modeling, and Campaign Management.
Design and implement Pega Marketing, CRM, and Decisioning solutions at large scale while applying best practices.
Communicate decisioning concepts and benefits to stakeholders, including Marketing heads, VPs, and operational teams.
Provide insights for decisioning task estimation, prioritization, and enforce best practices in Pega Marketing architecture, design, and coding.
Implement Pega Marketing solutions focusing on outbound, inbound, and real-time interactions.
Work with distributed systems, large-scale non-relational data stores, Big Data platforms, data modeling, database performance, and multi-terabyte data warehouses.
