Job Description

As a highly skilled Technology Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience in PEGA technologies, your role will involve leading the design and implementation of PEGA-based solutions to meet business requirements. You will be responsible for overseeing the upgrade and maintenance of PEGA platforms, providing expertise in PEGA Frameworks, developing comprehensive PEGA reports, ensuring seamless integration of PEGA applications with other enterprise systems, enhancing user experience, implementing PEGA Mobility solutions, managing PEGA Case Management processes, utilizing PEGA Decision Hub, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting code reviews, and staying updated with the latest PEGA technologies and industry trends. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of PEGA-based solutions. - Oversee the upgrade and maintenance of PEGA platforms. - Provide expertise in PEGA Frameworks. - Develop and manage comprehensive PEGA reports. - Ensure seamless integration of PEGA applications. - Enhance user experience with intuitive PEGA interfaces. - Implement PEGA Mobility solutions. - Manage PEGA Case Management processes. - Utilize PEGA Decision Hub for decision strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback. - Mentor junior developers. Qualifications: - Strong background in PEGA Upgrade, PEGA Frameworks, Pega Reporting, Pega Platform, Pega Application Development, Pega Data and Integration, Pega User Experience, Pega Mobility, Pega Case Management, and PEGA Decision Hub. - Experience in Charles River, Advent Geneva, Eagle Asset & Wealth Management is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a hybrid work model. - Proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies. - Relevant certification in PEGA technologies.,
